Order Issues

How can I check my order status?

To view the status of your order, visit Order Tracking. You will need your order number and the email address or billing zip code you gave us when you placed your order.

How many days are the embroidery orders fulfilled?

Embroidery orders are usually dispatched in 7 to 10 business days to process. During this time, your order status will read “processing”. Once your item is embroidered and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking information.

Can I modify my order after it’s placed?

To ensure the fastest delivery possible, our warehouse immediately begins processing orders as they are submitted. It is not possible to make changes. You can send a request to cancel your order by email to sales@hirawatsonline.com.

You always have the option to return or exchange your merchandise (if it is not customized). To visit the Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges section, please read our exchange policy.

Embroidered, we may be able to make changes to those items. To do so, send us an emailsales@hirawatsonline.com.

Can I change an item after adding it to my shopping cart?

You can make changes to color, size, or quantity directly from your shopping cart.

You can also add embroidery or remove the item. To access your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the menu.

Do you accept orders over email?

Yes, you can make purchases through email.

Do you replace items that are incorrect or damaged when delivered?

Yes. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please send an email to Sales@hirawatsonline.co with your order number and a brief note describing the issue with your shipment.

If you have received a damaged item, please include a photo that clearly shows the product defect so that we may investigate the underlying cause of the issue.

We will send a coupon with your amount to order another product or refund the amount once we receive the product back.

Text embroidery character limit?

If you choose to embroider letters or phrases (There's a 25-character limit).

Can I personalize my scrubs with embroidery?

Yes, you can select the item of your choice, check the box to “add embroidery to this item”, and add it to your cart. Choose your desired embroidery options and add the embroidery item to your cart.

How can I have my company’s logo embroidered on my uniforms?

  • Custom logo embroidery is available on all products.
  • Select the item of your choice, check the box to “add embroidery to this item”, and add to your cart. Choose the embroidery option “New Custom Logo”.

Interested in adding a cap?

  • 1 Cap: Rs.150/-
  • 2 Caps: Rs.190/-

How long will my embroidered item take to ship?

Please allow 7 to 10 business days to process the embroidery and ship your order.

Will I be able to preview my embroidery selections before submitting my order?

No, embroidery selection will not be sent before the order.

My embroidery order status says “ready to ship”; however, it’s been a few days; where’s my order?

Embroidery orders take approximately 7 to 10 business days to process. During this time, your order status will read “processed.” Once your item is embroidered and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking information.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Do you ship orders all over India?

Yes. Orders are shipped all over India.

Is COD available for all locations?

The availability of COD depends on the courier services. If it is not serviceable, customer service shall contact you and ask to prepay the order and ship it by alternate means like India Post.

Are there restrictions for the Free Shipping offer?

No, there is no restriction for Free Shipping Offer.

Will I be charged GST?

Yes, all taxes are included in the final price.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can view your shipment progress at the link below.

How will my package arrive?

We ship packages through our shipping partners.

Can I select my preferred shipping method?

No, our system determines the fastest shipping method based on your package dimensions and location.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Items in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery when accompanied by your original invoice. Washed, worn or embroidered items cannot be returned.

How do I fill out the Return/Exchange form?

We don't have any return and exchange forms. You can sign in to your account and click the Return/Exchange button to place the return.

How do I ship my return package?

We shall initiate a return request and get the return package picked up. If shipped by India Post, you maybe requested by customer service to courier the package to us.

Can I return embroidered items?

All embroidered merchandise sales are final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Payments & Gift Cards

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards for online orders: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

You can also pay by Netbanking/UPI.

You can also place a Cash On Delivery (COD) order.

Promotions & Catalog

How do I sign up for promotions?

You can subscribe with your email.

How do I apply my coupon or promotional code to my order?

During your order checkout process, enter your code in the source code field and click APPLY.

My promotional code is not working?

You can use it only before the expiration date.

How can I remove myself from your email or mailing list?

To unsubscribe from our email list, click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email.

How can I receive new products catalog?

Once you signup or subscribe with Hirawats, then you can get emails regarding new product launches.

Where can I locate an item’s style number?

The style number for every item is located at the top of each product page, right above the image. It’s also listed right above pricing on the product page.

I want to ask questions about a product before placing an order. How do I find more information about the item?

We try to provide as much detail as possible about items on the individual product pages. The descriptions include the type of fit, style, fabrication, number of pockets, approximate length or inseam, and sizing details.

How can I check item availability?

Our product and checkout pages display real-time item availability. When visiting the item’s product page, unavailable sizes are shown as SOLD in red.

How will I know my size before ordering?

Size charts with fitting instructions, including measurements and size are provided on our website. When you are on the product page, click the “Size Chart & Fit Guide” link.

Do I need an account to order?

Yes, you can create an account with us has several benefits that include:

Access to items saved in the shopping cart from any device, i.e., desktop, tablet, or mobile.

I forgot my password; how can I retrieve it?

From the login page, click on the link “forgot password”, provide your registered email, and we will send your password via email.

How can I get an invoice for my previous orders?

To view order history and print an invoice, log into your account. You can click on the “my account” link located on our website.

How do I update my account information, including email address?

Please log in to your account to update your personal account information. You can make changes to your billing/shipping address, contact information, email address, and password.

Will my information be confidential?

Yes, your information is confidential.

Is the Hirawats website secure?

Shopping online with hirawatsonline.com is 100% secure. All online transactions at Hirawats are handled with a standard security technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts (or encodes) sensitive information such as credit card numbers and login credentials before they are to be transmitted over the Internet.

Cancellations & Modifications

What is Hirawats Cancellation Policy?

You can now cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status, as long as the cancel option is available on the Website. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed your package, by updating it on our site.

How do I cancel my order?

Tap on “My Orders” section under the main menu of your Website/M-site and then select the item or order you want to cancel.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.

How long does the shipment order take to deliver?

We try our best to ship your orders as soon as possible. Processing and dispatching an order ideally is done within 24 - 48 hours. However, the date of delivery depends on your PIN code. We do mention a standard delivery estimation date in the order confirmation email.

How can I track my order?

Your orders can be conveniently tracked through the Online Tracking Facility on our website under “Track Order” in your “ Account section”. If in case the package status is shown as non-deliverable, you can contact our customer service numbers. You can also mail us at hirawats@gmail.com with your order number in case of further queries.

Exchange & Refund

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order when you have received a damaged product or wrong product by following our exchange policy.

What if my item is damaged or faulty?

If you received any damaged or faulty product then you can return the product by following our Return and Exchange policy.

How long will it take to process a return?

The return process will take at least 7-15 days because the returned product will go through different checks and then move to the respected department for exchange or refund.

What happens when the product purchased is out of stock?

We aim to keep stock of all products listed on our website. In case you have made payment for a product that is unavailable, we will communicate the same to you within 2 working days of your purchase. You could then either substitute your purchase with another product that is available on the website or the money will be duly refunded.

Hirawats Exchange Process & Return Intimation?

For exchange, you can contact us through “hirawats@gmail.com” or can call our number “91 98850 53576” within 12 days from the date of delivery. Generally, we offer Online Exchange and Exchange at Store option. At present we’re not excepting Exchange at the store option.

To know about the return process and forgot password

If you want to return the product, kindly follow the below steps to raise a return request.

Step 1: Firstly, Log in to your Hirawatsonline.com account.
Step 2: Go to the Orders Page.
Step 3: Click on Return Request.
Step 4: Select the product you want to return.
Step 5: Click on the Return Request Button.
Step 6: After the Above Process, we'll receive the request and process your return - if it is returned in 14 days (14 days from date of purchase).

If you forgot your password, kindly follow the below steps to retrieve your password.

Step 1: Click on Forgot Password.
Step 2: Please Enter your Email Address or Username.
Step 3: You will receive a link to create a new password via Email. Please click on the link in the Email (link only valid once and within a period).
Step 4: Log in with your Changed Password.
